– Customers who have selected Cash on Delivery (COD) as their payment mode, it shall be required that they make a partial payment, the exact amount of which will be communicated to them by our customer executives.

– While we totally understand you are in a hurry to receive your order, we request you to check delivery time frames with us before you place the order. We request you to please plan your purchases well in advance if you have a ride planned to avoid the need for urgent delivery.

– Products/items will be shipped from Motomode, India. Please view the contact us page for address and contact details.

– Products/items under free or paid shipping will be shipped by courier companies contracted by Motomode.

– Products/items will be shipped to the customer within 3 working days of receiving the complete payment. 

– Once dispatched, Motomode is not liable or responsible for any delay in pickup or delivery by the courier company / postal authority since they are beyond our control. 

– Urgent delivery or specific shipping instructions will be entertained only if it is communicated to Motomode in advance before placing the order and Motomode should have acknowledged the same before the order is placed.

– Motomode is not liable for any damages caused to the products by the shipping companies in transit. Kindly do not accept any shipment in a damaged condition.

– Delivery time may vary depending on the destination address. Hence, it is requested to place your orders well in advance. 

– We request our customers to be available on the provided contact numbers to accept delivery from the courier companies failing which there are high chances of the package getting returned. In such cases while we try to help out with delivery to the best of our ability, Motomode is not responsible for the return.
